H.E. Wilber Otichillo is the Governor of Vihiga County and a Chairperson of the Environment and Climate Change Committee of the Council of Governors. He also serves as the Trustee of the Environment Institute of Kenya , contributing to the advancement of environmental sustainability and climate action in Kenya.
Through his leadership in county governance, he champions sustainable development, environmental conservation, and climate resilience, emphasising the role of devolved governments in addressing environmental challenges and promoting sustainable resource management.
